Zip Yosemite Canopy Tours is coming August 25, 2012! Located at Clavin Crest Retreat Center, in Oakhurst CA, we are excited to be opening this World Class Tour in the Yosemite Valley.

We have been busy with setting up our office and the crew has been installing the course with the new EBL Eco-Wrap System for all the cables. This is a zero intrusion, strong attachment method that doesn't pierce the tree and doesn't use any bolts for attachment. The tour will have 6 ziplines ranging from 200 - 1,000 feet long, 3 long suspension bridges, and 2 rapell stations. Come experience a fully engineered course and designed to be on average 80 feet in the air in Incense Cedars and Ponderosa Pine trees. Views of Fresno Dome and other Yosemite Valley rock escarpment features are present throughout the tour. In a short sentence, this tour is the "REAL DEAL!" This will be one of the highest, and longest ziplines in California and the greater West region of the United States.

The course is installed by industry leader Experience Based Learning (EBL). Since being the first commercial vendor to install tours since 2002, EBL has gone on to install over 31 projects and owns and operates 6 other properties. No other vendor / operator has more experience. EBL operates as an Accredited Vendor with the ANSI Accredited Professional Ropes Course Association (PRCA).

Our name "Zip Yosemite" is used for recognition of the greater Yosemite valley area, however, technically, we are located outside the Yosemite National Park. We hope that our name doesn't cause you any confusion.
